NOVIBET as Data Controller, will collect the data, which are required in the above Contact Form, which are referred as “Compulsory” and are absolutely necessary to evaluate your qualifications and competencies for the position you are applying for or for another position within the Company that is considered that you have the required skills, or for communication purposes, to provide you with any other required information or to arrange an interview appointment. Data recipients are our Company and the staff who will process the request, within its duties, as well as our agents and / or sub processors for supporting, promoting and executing the request. In any case, the Company keeps the confidentiality of your data and does not transfer them to any third party (natural or legal person) except where this is predicted by the law. The above data will be deleted by our Company within six (6) months of completing the recruitment procedure (announcement of recruits) if you had submitted your CV for a specific job or within six (6) months of the submission if you had not submitted your CV for a specific job.

We may delete your personal information at any time (including your CV/résumé), without any reason. Therefore, you should retain your own copy of the personal information provided to us.
