- Effectively manage customer queries regarding promotions & bonuses
- Monitor and evaluate the activity of customers and provide accurate information regarding promotions
- Handle complaints, provide solutions related to bonuses
- Handle daily promotions (Sportsbook & Casino)
- Deliver Email/SMS marketing campaigns (through Optimove/ Mailup/ Locosms marketing tools)
- Communicate with Sportsbook & Casino Departments, providing feedback regarding promotions, banners etc.
- Fluency in Spanish and Greek language
- Prior experience in a similar role or customer support dept. within the industry is nice to have
- Experience in CRM tools/ campaigns is a plus
- Being passionate about sports and good understanding of online gaming products
- Excellent communication and orgnizational skills
- Tech Savvy
- Flexibility to work on shift rotation 24/7
