CRM Specialist (International Markets)

Novibet is currently looking for a CRM Specialist to join our International CRM Operations Team and focus on empowering customer relationships within all International markets. The role is based in our HQ, in Athens.

Your role

As a CRM Specialist you will:

  • Design, execute and optimize the international markets’ customer lifecycle campaigns to engage & retain the customer base
  • Take ownership of end-to-end campaign planning, from initial idea, brief and liaise with compliance, brand, content, and local international teams to manage their execution
  • Evaluate campaigns through testing to optimize campaign performance and increase customer engagement according to the budget targets
  • Prepare the development of annual and seasonal activities that support the successful fulfillment of program and business goals
  • Execute daily customer lifecycle operations tasks and focus on their timely delivery
  • Participate in CRM related projects with internal & external partners
  • Support senior members of the team in defining CRM strategy by conducting analysis and segmentation, ensuring our campaigns are in line with the overall strategy
  • Report, monitor and optimize campaign KPIs (e.g., delivery rate, open rate, CR%), including consent management (opt-in/opt-out) ensuring the efficient delivery of required reports (daily, weekly, monthly)


  • BSc/MSc in Business Administration, Marketing or any other relevant field
  • Proven CRM experience, particularly in online marketing & automated CRM practices
  • Keen interest in the online gaming world of sports betting and casino
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (with preference in Optimove) and tools, including experience in using e-mail providers
  • Great attention to detail and good analytical and numerical skills
  • Fluency in verbal and written communication in English; knowledge of Spanish language will be considered a plus
