- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Assist our customer base via live chat, email and social media with a wide variety of account queries including payment, login, verification and bet queries
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions
- Direct unresolved requests and issues to internal departments and follow up to ensure resolution
- Enhance customer experience through feedback you give to Product teams
- Excellent/Native verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
- Working experience in a similar role is appreciated
- Computer literacy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work on shift rotation
