Customer Value Manager (International Markets)

Novibet is currently looking for a Customer Value Manager to lead our International Customer Value Team.

The role is based in Athens and focuses in all the International Markets, that Novibet operates.

Your role

As a Customer Value Manager you will:

  • Deploy the promotion budget profitably through robust planning, execution and analysis for international markets
  • Monitor and handle the bonus cost budget for each country
  • Analyze historical revenue performance and forecast future program performance
  • Benchmark and analyze competitor's product offerings in the online gaming industry
  • Align Campaigns and Bonusing according to customer segmentation
  • Develop and manage plans for the execution of the VIP gaming strategy
  • Design and implement Conversion and Reactivation activities
  • Oversee and collaborate with external partners in order to ensure the budgeted targets of reactivation
  • Run CVM related projects with internal & external partners
  • Ensure alignment across Customer Lifecycle, Brand, Performance Marketing and Operations to succeed on-time delivery of requests


  • 4 - 5 years of experience in a CRM/CVM manager role, preferably in the online gaming industry
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills; ease in using raw data to draw useful conclusions and make up decisions
  • Strategic customer marketing thinker with a proven ability to innovate, implement and optimize
  • Good knowledge of Email, SMS and CRM platforms, with preference in Optimove
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of business
  • Experience of working in a multi-brand environment will be considered a plus
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Greek & English; knowledge of Spanish language will be considered a plus
