Digital Experience Owner (International Markets)

📢 We are looking for a driven Digital Experience Owner to join our Marketing team in our offices in Athens!

As a Digital Experience Owner, you will be joining our dynamic marketing team for International Markets, and you will be tracking all points of customer experience across online channels to identify ways to improve and enhance the customer journey of our products. Ultimately, you will monitor customer needs, market trends, competitor activity and regulatory changes to optimize and ensure the user experience remains a category leader.

Your role

  • Design flows on Digital experience (Digital journeys) across Digital touchpoints (apps/ websites)
  • Conduct Consumer & UX research (get to know customers to identify pain points/opportunities)
  • Working closely with the key stakeholders Designers & IT) to understand business requirements and deliver the desired UX
  • Conduct usability tests using remote tools and labs; Evaluate success and long-term impact of implemented changes by installing and monitoring appropriate control metrics (CSAT/CES)
  • Continuously strive for optimization with the consumer in mind, identifying ways to improve their digital journeys
  • Create digital services and UX concepts across our platform by bringing together business goals, user requirements and aligning them with technical possibilities and limitations


  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in a Digital Experience/ Customer Experience or relevant role for online products
  • Previous experience in a Game Tech (world of Sportsbook & Casino) or Digital environment
  • Main expertise of Customer Experience methodologies and personas
  • Familiar with design thinking methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience in collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus among multiple stakeholders with advanced project management skills
  • Creative, innovative, and able to bring to life new and unique product initiatives and ideas
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or Computer Science
