Novibet is looking for the next Inbound Call Center Irish Speaking Online Gaming Employee to join our team in our offices in Athens.

Your role
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Assist our customer base via Live Chat, Skype and email with a wide variety of account queries including payment, login, verification and bet queries
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions
  • Direct unresolved requests and issues to internal departments and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Enhance customer experience through feedback you give to Product teams


  • Excellent/Native verbal and written communication skills in Irish
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Prior experience in a similar role is appreciated
  • Nice to have; fluent verbal and written communication skills in Greek
  • Computer literacy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work on shift rotation
