The ideal candidate's mission will be to contact existing customers regarding sports, casino, special offers, KYC and to complete various daily and weekly campaigns.
- Contact and close the sale of return business from existing customers
- Develop strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Collaborating with CRM and other departments ensure strategy works well for every aspect of the business
- Make sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
- Identify and respond to client needs
- Keep a high level of knowledge about existing & upcoming online gaming products
- Anticipate the needs of clients and address them accordingly
- Follow up on customer orders as necessary
- High School/University Degree
- Prior experience in a similar role in Sales or Customer Care is appreciated
- Display a good understanding of online gaming products
- Professional fluency in English & Greek (oral and written)
- Experience in the area of customer communication (Phone, Email, Chat, SMS)
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Possess a can-do attitude and be a team player
- Able to meet deadlines on a day to day basis
- Computer literacy
