As an Atlassian Suite Admin, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Atlassian suite to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery. What you will work on

As a Product Manager you will have strong focus on Customer Onboarding, with the aim to enhance and optimize the onboarding experience, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. • Monitor and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market insights to identify pain points in the customer onboarding journey and propose improvements.

• Ensure regulatory compliance in all onboarding processes, keeping up with changes in KYC, AML, and other relevant regulations.
• Maintain complete documentation of flows, including product specifications and compliance requirements.

• Define and execute UAT scenarios to validate features before release.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field will be considered a plus
• 2+ years of proven experience in Customer Experience, with a strong focus on user flows and the on-boarding process
• 1+ years of proven experience in a product management position

What you will work on

• Own and manage the Release Management process, ensuring compliance with policies and minimizing risks.

What We are looking for 

We are looking for a Technical Compliance Manager, who will be responsible for supporting key projects for our international expansion plan, as well as for maintaining the regulatory compliance status of Novibet in all relevant jurisdictions. As a Technical Compliance Manager, you will will be reporting to the Regulatory Compliance Director and working closely with key stakeholders across the organization.

What you will work on

• Taking the lead role in ensuring the company remains compliant with all relevant technical regulations, license requirements and certifications
• Taking ownership of all technical compliance aspects of regulations and best practice standards
• Conducting periodic internal reviews and audits to test ongoing compliance
• Arranging, preparing for and managing external audits, and reporting their findings to the relevant personnel, and relevant regulators
• Analyzing action points and non-compliances raised in audits, and ensuring that they are addressed in accordance with agreed deadlines
• Investigate tech requirements for new markets and assist with developing solutions for that market

• At least 2 years’ experience working in in technical or compliance position within the gambling industry for an operator, platform, supplier, Test Lab or similar

What We are looking for 

As a TechOps Specialist, you’ll tackle challenging problems, monitor live production systems, and ensure smooth platform operations. Your role includes investigating incidents, escalating issues, and working with development teams to resolve problems quickly. You’ll use tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack (Kibana), and Octopus Deploy to monitor, troubleshoot, and manage IT operations and deployments. What you will work on

• Provide 1st level technical support to respond, investigate and resolve escalated incidents and service requests through the internal Service Management system
• Direct escalation to internal support teams in cases that a resolution is not immediately possible and following up incidents through resolution
• Perform incident management process taking any necessary steps to restore service and return the platform to normal operations as quickly as possible (Atlassian Jira ITSM)
• Proactive monitoring of live production environment and event management based on internal dashboards and application health alerts generated by monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
• Subsequent testing conduction to detect and confirm application defects and external service providers issues, following up with the relevant stakeholders
• Cooperate with developer teams, providing 1st level real time production logs investigation and retrieval (ELK Stack - Kibana)
• Perform IT operations procedures in the production environment (Octopus Deploy)
• Perform release deployment operations in the production environment (Octopus Deploy)
• Hands-on handling and troubleshooting of a wide variety of support matters
• Build internal knowledge base and document articles to improve internal incident management process
• Speedily interpret and analyze data from various sources in a fast-moving and changing environment

Requirements

 What you bring

• BSc or Academy degree in Information Technology or related field

• At lease 1-2 years of experience in a production support environment
• Prior experience in iGaming industry will be considered an asset
• ITIL Foundation certified or equivalent experience working in an organization adopting ITIL best practices will be a strong asset
• Experience working in an organization adopting Incident Management and IT operations best practices will be a strong asset
• Microsoft certifications would be considered as an asset in this area
• Nice to have experience with monitoring tools and applications such as Grafana, Zabbix, Prometheus, PRTG, Nagios and Kibana
